If I had my way ConcernCenter would be in every single business, organization, operation in the entire world.

I do believe that we aren't thinking holistically about what that user needs and we are a bit sort of dated in our approach to how we're thinking about getting people help in a way that makes sense to them.

If you think about just a standard organization and they have a standard sort of list of resources it's really common for any organization to have a tab that says, “Other resources” or, “Click here for support” and before you know it you're down this rabbit hole of link-after-link-after-link to the point where you may have potentially forgotten what your original concern was or what it is that you're seeking help for.

The difference in ConcernCenter is that we focus on client needs, and so we offer a client need driven solution that instead just requires the client to know what they're struggling with.

So that all that user needs to do is type in their need or type in their concern and as a result, receive a prioritized list of support options that have already been approved and vetted to help with that particular concern.

I don't ever want to underestimate the power of connecting a person with just one person, organization, piece of information, that can completely change the course of their life.

If we can get someone connected to the support that they need, the rest of what happens after that looks so much brighter than it did before they were able to get connected and that's, I think, what ConcernCenter does incredibly well, it gives people a chance to see what's on the other side of their struggle
